The Korea National Tourism Organization has come out with KoreaTaste.org, a site dedicated to Korean food. It’s full of gorgeous pictures and features writings from professional food writers, including Wine Korea’s Joshua Hall, Buddhist temple food specialist Dae-Ahn Sunim, Benjamin Joinau of Le Saint-Ex, Daniel Gray of Seoul Eats, and Cristina Confalonieri of “Chat with Beauties” fame.
Oh, and it also includes an article I wrote on fermentation.
